SO WHAT IS BAJA EXACTLY?
Situated on the Northwestern coastline of Mexico, stretching south from the US border along the Pacific coast, lies Baja California. Best known for being the origin of the “Baja fish taco”, the Baja region of Mexico is also known for its endless coastlines and Mediterranean climate. With seafood being the main staple of the region, the area is very well suited to produce great meat, fresh fruit & vegetables, wine and olive oil.
